Great people and great technology are both needed to make a company successful today. I've spent the past 5 years understanding the nuances of the ever-changing landscape of tech hiring, in the Bay Area and beyond. 

Throughout my career, I’ve always been about working with people. As a civil servant for the British Government, my job revolved around working with people to find common ground. My approach to recruitment is not much different. I work hard to understand my clients' business challenges, culture, and what they need to make their teams successful. I work closely with my candidates to form lasting relationships based on helping them reach their professional goals.
